2. Pristine Floral Design and the Web Site provides a collaborative educational resource harnessing the powerful tools of Web 2.0 for use in the classroom. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Use, nor in the Pristine Floral Design Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference) shall be construed as obligating us to continue operations, or to bind us to any users in any way if we choose to discontinue operations.
3. Consumers visiting the Web Site agree to the following restrictions:
